Rules and Guidelines
Everything needed will be supplied even the cupcake. (no outside supplies)
All cupcakes will be judged in two age groups: 

12pm 4-8yrs and 12:30pm 9-12yrs on the following:

  1. One Cupcake per participant
  2. Creativity
  3. Neatness
  4. Design
  5. Colour
  6. Use of supplies.
