Main Stage Speakers & Demo's
Our featured presenter this year is Kate Campbell. Kate was born and raised in Georgetown, Ontario. She has been working in the television and renovation industry for over seven years and can be seen on HGTV's "Holmes On Homes", "Holmes in New Orleans", "Handyman Superstar Challenge" and "Holmes Inspection". Most recently Kate has been featured as one of the crew on HGTV's hit shows, "Decked Out", "Disaster Decks" and "Deck Wars" where she helps build some of the most interesting and unique decks out there. Kate owns her own contracting company, which was founded in 2006 and when she’s not filming with Decked Out, she loves to take on her own projects. She’s passionate about “changing the face” of the skilled trades and ESPECIALLY passionate about being an advocate for women in the trades.  Kate will be on stage Sat at 11am & 2pm.

Sat at 12pm there will be a food demo "Raising the bar for your summer BBQ" with Jeff Dockeray.

Be Sure to drop by the Farmer's Market and the Food Court for some great food! Parents, check out the FREE kids activities including CFB Borden Kiddie Commando Course and inflatables by Gold Leaf Event Rentals.

Don't forget to enter your vote for the backyard disaster photo contest. The winner will be chosen based on YOUR votes. Ballots are located at the Alliston & District Chamber of Commerce booth (#204 in the arena). For more details see below.
Backyard Disaster Photo Contest $1,500 prize
Submit your backyard disaster photo to the ADCC by April 3rd for your chance to win. Pictures will be voted on at the South Simcoe home show and the winner will be announced on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 2pm.
